Mentoring

Most of my mentoring work is with VCSE leaders: CEOs, senior managers and strategic leads who are holding a lot, both personally and organisationally.

I listen first. I want to understand what really matters to them and what is possible for both them and their organisations. From there, we work together creatively, often with humour and humanity, to find the next steps.

Sometimes this means navigating a period of change or recovery. Sometimes it’s about finding clarity, balance, or a renewed sense of purpose. My approach is supportive but honest. I bring both empathy and challenge, helping people notice their own strengths, make confident decisions, and move forward with authenticity.
